壓縮機工作時,空氣經過自潔式空氣過濾器被吸入,通過PLC自動清洗過濾器,空氣在經過進口導葉自動調節后進入一級壓縮,經一級壓縮后的氣體溫度較高,然后進入中間冷卻器進行冷卻(水走管內,氣走管外,中冷器的水流量要求為110m/h)之后進入二級壓縮系統,為避免系統中的氣體倒入壓縮腔內(避免帶壓起動)在壓縮機的排氣管道安裝有一只懸掛全啟式止回閥,壓縮機排出的氣體推開止回閥進入排氣消聲器,然后進入一級后冷器,二級后冷器,再進入排氣主管道。
When the compressor works, the air is absorbed through the self-cleaning air filter, and the filter is automatically cleaned by PLC. 冷卻水通過管道進入空壓機中間冷卻器對一級壓縮排出的氣體進行冷卻降溫,再進入后冷器對排氣進行冷卻,另一路冷卻水進水管道經過主電機上部的兩組換熱器冷卻電機繞組,還有一路對油冷卻器進行冷卻。
