1::油循環系統
1:Oil circulation system
在啟動前,首先啟動油泵控制系統,油泵控制系統啟動后保證空壓機各潤滑部件潤滑良好,同時油泵控制系統可通過內置的溫控閥來調節內部油壓和油溫,以滿足系統需要。

2:氣路循環系統

壓縮機工作時,空氣經過自潔式空氣過濾器被吸入,通過PLC自動清洗過濾器,空氣在經過進口導葉自動調節后進入一級壓縮,經一級壓縮后的氣體溫度較高,然后進入中間冷卻器進行冷卻(水走管內,氣走管外,中冷器的水流量要求為110m/h)之后進入二級壓縮系統,為避免系統中的氣體倒入壓縮腔內(避免帶壓起動)在壓縮機的排氣管保定平面設計培訓 保定室內設計培訓 保定空調移機 保定太陽能維修 保定廚房排煙 雄安管道通風道安裝有一只懸掛全啟式止回閥,壓縮機排出的氣體推開止回閥進入排氣消聲器,然后進入一級后冷器,二級后冷器,再進入排氣主管道。

3:水路循環系統

冷卻水通過管道進入空壓機中間冷卻器對一級壓縮排出的氣體進行冷卻降溫,再進入后冷器對排氣進行冷卻,另一路冷卻水進水管道經過主電機上部的兩組換熱器冷卻電機繞組,還有一路對油冷卻器進行冷卻。
