                                    在現代機械行業中,動力能源是必不可少的,空壓機在80年代之前,在我國的使用并不廣泛,這個現象一直延續到90年代,空壓機被廣泛的運用于各生產行業及機械設備上。近十年,噴油式螺桿空壓機使用尤為普遍。螺桿空壓機其供氣平穩、維修率低、低噪音及省電環保等特點,填補了活塞空壓機的不足?,F階段在不斷引進國外先進技術的同時,我國也不斷研究新的技術。導致國內生產螺桿空壓機的商家越來越多,用于滿足市場的需求,同時進行出口,代表著我國的螺桿空壓機技術已邁進一大步。   在噴油螺桿式空壓機中,油氣分離器是重要部件,今天,石家莊空壓機的服務工程師就為大家解析油氣分離器的使用。油氣分離器主要作用是減少空壓機的耗油量,確保壓縮空氣的含油量保持在3ppm內??諌簷C生產商不斷在技術上來減少空壓機的含油量,或者選擇較好的油氣分離器。在使用過程中出現效果不理想,含油量過大或壓差較大,甚至嚴重的燃燒爆炸。油氣分離器的應用技術與空壓機出氣含油量及空壓機出氣流量和處理流量的配套產品有關系。   空壓機配套油氣分離器的情況下,油氣分離器必須選擇大于或等于空壓機的出氣流量,防止使用過程中吸入濾清器無法過濾的細小粉塵將油氣分離濾芯的細分離層堵塞,減少油氣分離器的處理流量,造成壓差過大。配套油氣分離器應在空壓機出氣流量的百分之105以上選擇。   油的沉淀物,空氣中的污染物以及磨損的顆粒都能夠影響油氣分離器的使用壽命,不同的使用環境的最終壓差也不同。實際使用中,油氣分離器的最終壓差在0.8-1.0bar,真空泵為0.5bar。油氣分離器上的臟污在油量高是也會增多,可使用排污流量來衡量。排污量和空壓機的預分離結構設計有關。排污量的最佳值在1g/m3左右。所以油氣分離器的使用壽命不能按時間衡量,只有用最終壓差來決定使用壽命。   在油氣分離器的使用過程中,新安裝的油氣分離器的正常壓差在0.17-0.3bar,超出.3bar是不正常的,此時需要檢查空壓機的最小壓力閥和其他配件是否損壞。

In the use process, the effect is not ideal, the oil content is too large or the pressure difference is too large, even serious combustion and explosion. The application technology of oil and gas separator is related to the oil content of air compressor outlet gas and the matching products of air compressor outlet gas flow and treatment flow. When air compressor is equipped with oil and gas separator, the oil and gas separator must choose the outlet gas flow rate greater than or equal to that of air compressor, so as to prevent the fine separation layer of oil and gas separator from being blocked by fine dust which can not be filtered by inhalation filter in the process of using, reduce the flow rate of oil and gas separator, and cause excessive pressure difference. The matching oil and gas separator should be selected at more than 105% of the air flow rate of the air compressor. Oil deposits, pollutants in the air and worn particles can affect the service life of the oil-gas separator, and the final pressure difference varies with the use environment. In actual use, the final pressure difference of the oil-gas separator is 0.8-1.0 bar and the vacuum pump is 0.5 bar. The dirt on oil and gas separator will also increase if the oil quantity is high, which can be measured by the discharge of sewage. The amount of sewage discharge is related to the design of pre-separation structure of air compressor. The optimum value of sewage discharge is about 1g/m3. Therefore, the service life of oil and gas separators can not be measured by time, only the final pressure difference to determine the service life. During the operation of the oil-gas separator, the normal pressure difference of the newly installed oil-gas separator is 0.17-0.3 bar, which is abnormal beyond. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the minimum pressure valve and other parts of the air compressor are damaged.
